Some of these scents do take me back to the Outback from when I was in Oz. I like them, but they are a bit out of reach for me personally.
Doctoral tuition comes first these days, although I would like to wear these scents in the future.

Could never find scents i liked until I came across Raw Spirit. 🖤, however I REALLY miss the "all fragrance" trial pack showcasing 1 of each perfume fragrance. I loved getting them for myself and gifts. 5 variety still isn't bad, just do not get to experience them all/ones you want to try. Still love everything raw spirit!! 🖤

I am quickly falling in love with this fragrance. No surprise, as I have always loved the kinds of ingredients that go into it - spicy, peppery, balsamic, with a touch of warmth and sweetness - these notes seem to suit my own chemistry, and I find it a wonderful thing to smell in the morning as I prepare to tackle my day. The scent is sophisticated, yet it comes across as quite natural. I love it!

Nama Flame Candle

Inspired by the vast, majestic sand dunes of Namibia, Nama Flame is a bold, complex candle that showcases the warmth and richness of Bushman’s Candle, a unique natural ingredient native to the Namibian Desert and sustainably harvested by the Himba Tribe.

The comforting warmth of Bushman’s Candle is wrapped in a bold and exotic blend of sumptuous white florals and golden spices.  This scent is not for the faint hearted it makes a statement and is vast and complex like the lands that inspired it. 

Notes:

  • Top: Cardamom, Magnolia Flower Oil, Golden Spice Blend
  • Middle: Bushman’s Candle, Cypriol EO, Everlasting Flower (Immortelle) 
  • Base: Cistus, Benzoin, Tonka Resinoid, Mineral Notes, Patchouli

Sustainable Ingredient: Bushman’s Candle is a fragrant wax that is extracted from the fallen bark of the Sarcocolon Mossamedense tree.  This resinous wax is traditionally used by the Himba as a candle and as a fragrant fire starter.  It’s warm amber and caramel notes with a hint of incense make it an interesting and complex fragrance ingredient that are at the heart of our Nama Flame fragrance.

High-gloss, white reusable vessel, 3.5” high, 3 1/8" circumference.

ENJOY COMPLIMENTARY GROUND SHIPPING on all orders of $35 or more.

Candle Care:

  • The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge of the vessel before extinguishing – this helps prevent "tunneling."
  • Trim the wick each time you light this candle and remove the burnt wick from the previous burn.  We recommend keeping the wick 1/4" length. Do not allow wick trimmings or dust to accumulate in the wax pool.
  • Be sure to place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface before lighting, and do not leave it unattended.

All waxes are made in the U.S. with 100% cotton wicks.

Each of our handmade candles were created by a female artisan building a brighter future for herself and her family. These candles will help support refugees and other artisans through candle-making and beautifully crafted vessels that can be refilled or repurposed for a lifetime of enjoyment.

Candle Care:

  • The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge of the vessel before extinguishing – this helps prevent "tunneling".
  • Trim the wick each time you light this candle and remove the burnt wick from the previous burn.  We recommend keeping the wick 1/4" length. Do not allow wick trimmings or dust to accumulate in the wax pool.
  • Be sure to place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface before lighting, and do not leave it unattended.

I was one of those people who thought I couldn't wear fragrance because it gave me headaches. This was before I discovered Raw Spirit. I love them so much I have four of them - Wild Fire, Desert Blush, Winter Oak and Citadelle. I like to pick one to wear in the morning. Later in the day I might freshen up with a different scent because they layer very well. So happy to have found these subtle, delicate, earthy fragrances!

I love all of the raw spirit perfume and cologne. I have trouble deciding what to wear each day. I have 3 rollers and everyone and I mean everyone comments on my perfume. I love every Raw Spirit scent but especially love the bijou vert on my husband! The summer rain works well on both of us and also smells really special mixed with the bijou vert! I love wearing the summer rain to work because I can smell it on myself most of the day but it’s not so overpowering that anyone else can smell it from a normal distance away. Perfect!

Raw Spirit is the continuation of incredible journeys that took us all over the world, from the Australian outback, to the mountains of Haiti, to the deserts of Namibia and beyond.  It is a brand born out of experiencing the unique spirits of some of the world’s oldest communities and remote, pristine landscapes.

This socially conscious company was formed in Australia with the objective to raise awareness of the richness of Indigenous Australian culture. The brand quickly expanded to collaborate with other Indigenous and marginalized groups in Indonesia, Haiti and the USA.

The scent wasn't for me but it's still delightful

I ordered a scent thinking it would be exactly what I was looking for, my imagination got the better of me as I was wistfully thinking I was way more exotic than I am. It is crisp and clean yet slightly floral and timeless. Needless to say I don't even feel bad about needing to buy a different scent because it's supporting all the things that we need more of un this world! It won't go to waste and I'll order another, and another until I find the perfect scent that matches my rather not exotic personality 😂❤️ Keep doing what you are doing 🙏

The mystical island of Bali is an Indonesian paradise in the South Seas. Bali's pristine waters and smooth sands inspired two of our fragrances, Mystic Pearl and Midnight Pearl. Both pearl perfumes are floral scents with notes reminiscent of the cool breezes and warm nights on the island of Bali and feature the essence of real crushed pearl, sourced sustainably from our partner in Bali, Atlas Pearls.

MYSTIC PEARL

This luminous fragrance has a burst of ocean freshness from our signature ingredient—pearl. A re­freshing scent, mingling a heady mix of white flowers, jasmine and frangipani, with a hint of coconut and the tropical spices cinnamon and clove.

Inspired by the mystical island of Bali and the pristine waters of the South Seas, home to the magnifi­cent Queen of Pearls, the Pinctada. We have unlocked a mystery, the secret scent of the pearl. 


MIDNIGHT PEARL

A sultry, floral fragrance featuring a burst of ocean freshness from our signature ingredient—the essence of real South Sea pearls—mingled with a tropical bouquet of white flowers, tiare and frangipani, that gives way to notes of warm, sensual spices.
