Our fragrances are created with clean and sustainable ingredients, free of parabens, sulphates, gluten, petrochemicals, and formaldehydes.  Our fragrances are also free of animal derived ingredients.

Our long-standing relationships with partners and communities around the world have allowed to us to offer premium ingredients harvested through sustainable practices and each of our perfumes feature a sustainably sourced ingredient.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

Where do I enter my promotion code at checkout?

Simply enter your promotion code in the text box marked Discount Code on the shopping cart page during the checkout process and click the apply button. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the discount line under your subtotal. Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.

Do you offer perfume samples?

Yes, from time to time we have samples of some of our perfumes available.  Please sign up for our email list to hear more about sampling options, or send an inquiry to info@rawspirit.com and one of our representatives can assist you.

If you are out of stock of samples, will you be getting more?

Yes! If our samples are out of stock, feel free to sign up to our email list to be notified when they come back in stock.

How can I get in touch with a customer service representative?

The best way to reach us is via e-mail at info@rawspirit.com. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Someone will get back to you within 24 business hours.

We currently ship to all destinations serviced by UPS in the USA. Please note UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We hope to be able to offer international delivery in the future. If you would like to be advised when shipping becomes available to your country, please subscribe to our newsletter.
