RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know.
For refunds, we must receive return packages within 15 days of the date your order shipped (the date and time you received your shipping confirmation email). Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. The following items are returnable for credit only:
- returns received 15 - 28 days after the original order shipment date
The following items are non-refundable and are not eligible for refund or store credit: returns received after 28 days of the original order shipment date
- returns received in damaged or worn condition
- free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- items marked as final sale
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email Raw Spirit customer service to request a return authorization at orders@rawspirit.com
We will provide you with instructions on how to return your package when we send you the return authorization.
