Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).

Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

Orders  will be processed the same business day if the order is placed by 12:00 PM EST.

 

Security

For your own security, you won't be able to submit an order on Rawspiritfragraces.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn't match your credit card statement. Rawspiritfragrances.com requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We will not remember your security code.

Shipping & Delivery

Please note that after your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take up to two business days to process your order. We currently ship to all destinations serviced by USPS in the USA.

USPS Parcel Post:  4-7 Business Days.

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials include aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. All orders containing hazardous materials must be shipped via Ground. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing hazardous materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.



Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know.

For refunds, we must receive return packages within 14 days of the date your order shipped (the date and time you received your shipping confirmation email). Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

The following items are returnable for credit only:

  • returns received 14 - 28 days after the original order shipment date


The following items are non-refundable and are not eligible for refund or store credit:

  • returns received after 28 days of the original order shipment date
  • returns received in damaged or worn condition
  • free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • items marked as final sale

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email Raw Spirit customer service to request a return authorization at orders@rawspirit.com

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your package when we send you the return authorization.
