I’m not a fan of traditional perfumes due to my sensitivity to artificial scents, so when I learned of Raw Spirit fragrances through the Gurl Gone Green blog, I knew I wanted to give them a try. I started with some samples, and decided that I loved ALL of the Fresh collection, so I bought this rollerball set.
The scents are complex and a bit exotic. And they are incredibly long-lasting - these three last between 8-12 hours with just a few swipes. And it’s funny that the scents I thought I’d like the most and least are now reversed - Bijou Vert is the most masculine, but it’s also my absolute favorite. Summer Rain is closest to a traditional fragrance. It’s a bit sweet, and I use it when I want to be uplifted throughout the day. Citadelle is just a wonderful, feel-good scent.
You can’t go wrong with purchasing this set. I’m in love!
These are perfect. These rollerballs would last a good long while, and they're a very nice quality. The packaging is elegant. No on to the more critical part of this review: the scents.
I'm a fresh scent person. It was the main reason I purchased this instead of the 8 piece sample kit, but I kinda wish I had bought the 8 piece. I love some of the notes that are in these fragrances. Bergamot! I live for the smell of bergamot. My favorite is Summer Rain. I honestly had Citadelle pegged as my most likely favorite but once I smelled it it's my least favorite of the trio. I'm gonna try each on and see if maybe they smell different on my skin. Definitely go for the 8 piece sample kit.
